This anti-theft alarm system affixes to any type of high value office equipment and protects the item with its built-in alarm sensor. The 117 dB siren is triggered by cutting or unplugging a 10 foot electronically monitored tether. There is no motion sensor, so false alarms are not a problem. Once tripped, the siren sounds for over 2 hours- or until you turn it off using the key switch. Built specifically for commercial and institutional use, this device is a proven solution for deterring and preventing equipment theft. The electronics are housed in a heavy-duty stainless steel enclosure that is mounted to your equipment or cart using a specially formulated epoxy.
